hold on to the past: 過去に執着する
at the edge of～: ～の端っこで
普通はSoundというのはいい意味、Noiseはあまりいい意味ではない、という風に日本語で「音」と分類されるものを分けて表現するんだけど、ここではどちらもbeautifulなものとして表現されているのでどちらも無理に訳さず、SoundとNoiseとそのまま書きました。
